BMW-Garage test in "Auto Zeitung" No.14 / June, 27th 2007: Grade "good" for ATR
Excellent service: From a warm and friendly welcome up to beverages during waiting periods - nothing to complain about. The small garage only was facing problems with an auto hoist. Thus we had to abandon the option of having a close look at the car during car hand-over. In compensation a day later the service technician gave us a detailed description of all completed tasks - on the hoist. Now all the professionality of ATR became evident: Nine from ten prepared defects and malfunctions were fixed by ATR.
Only the electric lighting of the glove compartment wasn't fixed.
A plausible reason for the low level of cooling fluid could't be found. Therefore the technician advised
us to keep an eye on the fluid level - perfectly done.
In addition we were informed and advised about foreseeable issues with our car including cost estimations. Pleasingly: ATR charged us only 9,17 Euro per litre Longlife Motor Oil and was with a total charge of 293 Euro the cheapest garage in the test field.
